RIDE 5

AI Riders
am I the only one who's tired of how the AI riders can bump you completely offline or off track and cause collisions without consequence? Or how they can plow through you as you enter a corner, cause you to crash, ride straight in to your bike and keep going? Been struggling with the cadwell park race on the zx6r RM for about three days now because of this. Ridiculously frustrating.

It's simply called bad A.I. programming.

It's in most driving/racing games and is nothing new. I'm sure you will have found the option to turn down the aggressiveness of the AI?

As soon as I adapt the track like driving the ai's lap times they companies beautifully. But I'm using helmet cam and my lap times won't reach yours.
Milestone's ai tends to go of throttle end of straights since MotoGP20, so actually I do like it in Ride5.

Is that the same in Ride 5, that they go off throttle on the straights?

Sorry, that was mistakable from me. No they don't lift throttle on straights at least not from strength setting 70 onwards. They run slower in all aspects throughout a lap.

Ah thanks. That was my biggest frustration racing AI in previous versions.

For me the biggest red flag is that they can cut the track without consequence, they NEVER earn penalties

Dude, THIS! Agreed, and they can cause collisions almost completely without consequence. They knock you down, and if you happen to fall in front of them, they just ride along with your bike sliding on the ground next to them, even off track staying upright.
