In ONLY shows up on print day, so last day of the week, when you only have 24hrs left before you HAVE to print. Then it always shows up once you unlocked it.
Yup, I pointed that out in the last sentence of the first paragraph: "And I usually push the limit on printing on Sundays, so it's not that it wasn't displaying because I never got to the point of it being needed."
Sure. But what's the point of your post then? Your title says "it does not show up before reboot". You ask a question and answer it already. I am sure that you haven't needed a reboot, it was always there, but only on the last day, and you where looking for it on the wrong days. (I made the same mistake)
And then you ask, what it does? Dude, it is a rush button, it makes you people rush. Pretty easy innit?
And it works pretty good! Use it with caution, because it speeds up the processes pretty hard, but also decreases mood a lot. If you really want an article to be ready on the last day, just do short clicks on the rush button while observing the items being produced, then drag and drop them by hand to the next station and short press the rush button aswell. This way you can skip a lot of time. But only in the last day and it needs micromanagement to be sufficient.
I don't think, this buttons needs more explanation, not at all. It is pretty straight forward, and people are always welcome to TRY things and get an hang of it BY THEM SELF. No offense, but not everything has to be explained.
If you complain about explaining stuff: it is way more important to explain, that coffee, water and gum are all "food" and there is no bonus for variety. That's waaay unintuitive and holds player back than the rush button (which is very far away to unlock and quite expensive)
I was reporting that I bought the Rush button and it wasn't showing up in my game at all, despite playing hours since unlocking it and going well into Sunday before printing. It wasn't until after I had closed down the game and booted it back up a few hours later that it showed up the Sunday of that in-game week. I wasn't asking a question, I was making a report on a possible bug. And no, it "Wasn't always there."
I was also suggesting the Rush button is more clear on what it does mechanically.
Is this forum not for discussing the game, making suggestions, and reporting bugs? Are you a staffer of this game? Otherwise, why are you taking my post personally?
Edit: Fixed quotes.
Thank you for your clarification.
I did not take anything personal, but I misunderstood you. I thought you were reporting a bug which was not a bug because I thought you just did not finde the Rush Button because you were expecting it to be just "there", but it is just "there" on last day of production. So I thougth, you were misinterpretating it as a bug, if that makes sense.
Of course this forum is to discuss, make suggestions and so on, but if you do so, you have to be prepared that other gamers think different, so why were you taking my opinion personal? Sure, my capital letters can be misinterpretated, but again, I probably misunderstood you that you were complaining that the button was not explained properly - but as I mentioned before: I dont think it is "underexplained" and I dont think it needs more explanation.
It is alright, I like the game, you do, it is all fine.
I am sorry.
Hi there!
Agree it can be explained better it's quite a delicate tool to use the rush button.
You can easily f'up your staff.
It's should be usable the week after you bought it but only on Sunday indeed.
If this was not the case that might be a bug.
It is noted and will keep an eye-out to see if there is something wrong there.
Thanks for posting, and def keep doing that.
Where all open to suggestions/discussion and critique.
Thansk for playing
