Possible Bug?

I unlocked illustrations, and got all of that equipment setup. Yet the past few in-game weeks, I've only been getting photographer reporter options on the world map. Thus far, I haven't seen a single thing to send my illustrator off to actually look at/deal with.

There are less illustration focussed items indeed.
THough high quality ADs always need illustrators to complete.
They are very lucrative.

But there are news items that need an illustration.
Curious is the pull is to small.
