The tutorial is also super long. Why not having a glossary with written notes for the tutorial incase people chose to skip upon starting a new game and then wanting to skim fast through basicsl or atleast give us the freedom to just skip tutorial upon starting a new game, I have started 3 new saves and everytime I kindoff regret it because of the boring long tutorial
The main problem with the tutorial lady is that she never really ever disappears. I put a foot wrong according to her (someone gets a little sad at the noise, somebody isn't delivering more paper to the bathroom right this second, etc) there she is, sticking her big head in my game where it isn't wanted or appreciated. I am now on my fourth playthrough, and so far nothing has been added that needs her constant interference to explain. Let me either shut her down or remove her entirely from the company. Either would be good.
some good points here.
Firstly the Employee ai has had i big rework for coming small update (18th of nov live!)
Employee decision making is greatly improved and elevator should work better combined with employee ai.
Second if you start a game you get a popup that asks if you want a introduction/tutorial or not. This should work if you don't want the intro/starter sequence anymore. (Which a totally understand its very much made for first time players.
Curious why you did not take that option?
Is the lack of those paintings you get for free to much or did you simple miss it or in the "introduction" naming not clear enough here.
very curious on that front let me know. We can use all feedback and maybe where doing something wrong here.
Tutorial lockout is not needed if you take the "No Introduction" option.
But again might eb missing something and if it is needed let us know.
Thanks for playing <3
I accepted the tutorial due to the fact that new additions have been made since I last played the game. I didn't want to get confused by any new systems and felt it would be better to be properly introduced to them, rather than jumping in and hoping for the best. It was indeed helpful in bringing me up to speed, but I would like to have been able to disable the tutorial when it became increasingly obtrusive. Or, perhaps even better, that after being alerted to something once, she simply stops repeating herself.
"Is the lack of those paintings you get for free to much or did you simple miss it or in the "introduction" naming not clear enough here." I apologise, but you've lost me a bit here. I'm not sure what this refers to.
Last part was about what was the reason you did the introduction part again follow up playthroughs?
Was it because you get a few paintings/poster that give comfort or was it because the info wasn't clear enough that it is best to start with out intro for followup playthroughs (So you don't get tutorial stuff)
But you already explained it was because of new introduced mechanics and you didn't want to miss out on those guides/tutorials.
So good to know why you to the introduction versions in followup playthroughs
