"incomplete chain" for photography

i've played a few run throughts, clocked around 50 hours. today is my first time encountering some items in the draw being red instead of the usual grey, green or orange. they are both photography jobs. i have the chemical engraver etc so i'm not sure what the issue is. help?

The order goes: Photo --> Darkroom --> Repro Camera --> Chemical Engraver --> Assembly
