Hello!

Thanks again for sending this. I looked into it and it seems that errors like this do not come from the game, but from your operating system. You will need to troubleshoot some things in windows to fix this. I found a page with Google search that has some suggestions.
https://www.minitool.com/news/microsoft-visual-c-runtime-library-error.html

But you might find other resources in your native language if you Google the equivalent of "how to fix c++ runtime error" or something like that.

Cheers!

Did the game load anything or did it crash immediately? For example, did you get to the title screen?

Understood, and thanks so much for reporting it. I've added it to our tracking system so the developers can look into it. If we resolve it or have a suggestion I'll let you know here.
Alright, thx

I'm not a technical expert, but my understanding is that each game uses and/or references different things in libraries. It may be that other games are referencing things which your settings/downloads are already compatible with. I did talk to another user who had the same problem as you and the above did solve the problem for him. Please let me know if you have an update on it!

I have the same issue. I followed the instructions and reinstalled my c++ redistributable but the error remains only in this game. I need help, please.

I tried to reach the profiles of this topic to ask some help but I see they haven't played more then few minutes of this game, so I assume there is no fix for us :(

I still found no sollution. Worst part is, when I replaces my c++ with this new ones my cintiq started to act weird and I had to reinstall it. Other than that nothing changed and the game is still not running. :( I got the same error as before.

I'm sorry to hear that! That's really unusual as those links and/or Google searching helped other users who ran into this. C++ Runtime Libraries are an OS thing and totally unrelated to the game. There might be other solutions out there if you Google them. As this has come up for some users I spoke with the developers about it previously, but it seems the best approach is to troubleshoot Windows itself.
