Bowels of the Earth - Can't progress?

The monster in chains tells me the "Impressive ..." line and yet I can't seem to continue. I'm honestly at a loss, they won't give me an item nor any direction where to go, and I've explored what I believe to be the 3 "sub-areas" in there. What am I missing?

Which areas have you completed/explored? the last 'task she needs completed is to the west if I recall correctly.

I went through the caves to the east (down the little slope), south-west (with the eye-platforms) and north-west. Can't figure out what else to do, they ask me why do I want to open that door and then the dialogue ends.

I was stuck like this for a while as well. I love this game so far but the lack of quest tracking, and a lack of any area maps, makes things harder than they need to be.
One of them is in the first door you see going left from Raine, that was the one I was missing. I honestly did most of her quest before even seeing Raine or the save point lol, even the last one in the cathedral area. I wish I could help more, but I didn't even know I was doing a quest when I killed several of them :( If you keep exploring you will absolutely find the ones you need to kill, though

I remember going through the areas to the west more than once, finding a Hunter (I think) that wouldn't talk to me, and killing him. That was the last task she wanted done.

I checked, it is to the west, and south.

Have you gone to the area in the right? Theirs a area that loops around in a circle where a huge red ball will shoot at you as you travese. You need to get to the center and go down then you'll fight the last one.

I'm at the at the exact same spot, and stuck as well. I've gone through every available part of this dungeon (including the big red fireball room), and have no idea what else to do?

I just found it. You have to go to the south-west corner of the first room, to find a second lift.
