Easier way to swap out Core Disciples out of Conquest?

So in order to swap them out I would have to go into management and stop the automatic management.

Which you would think is okay but then once they complete their current task you have to click into the disciple itself and then click on complete task to make them idle, why isn't this automatic already?

Then you will have a core disciple ready to use to assign in Conquest. Can't there be an auto-swap button for the highest realm or most suited disciples to automatically go into Conquest so you don't have to do this every time?

I am hoping someone out here has a method that I have just not seen because this is incredibly tedious.

In the Grand Hall, click the 'Enter the Hall' button. There is a 'View Report' button that shows every available report at once.

I wonder if there are more UI things i don't know about this game that would save my sanity.
