Helios Achievement didn't pop up...

Has mentioned in the title; said achievement hasn't popped up, i've got all main achievements! I know this game inside out,since i have platinum it five times on different accounts on PS5. I suspect the culprit here on PC and Steam, is a buggy Alternate Fates achievement, that i know i have since i have all six surveys achievements which also implies that i have also have all scout logs! Since Alternate Fates requires that you collect 10 scout logs and i remember the achievement popping up at the time, it is listed as done not greyed out in the achievement list but there's a blue line at the end of the achievement so even though Steam/game says i have accomplished it i assume it is interpreted otherwise meaning buggy! So if someone here can help in a clear concise uncomplicated fashion it would be appreciated! By myself i'm not familiar enough to mess around with files and stuff in Windows! If i don't get any replies i'll simply delete the game although i don't like having unfinished business! Thank you, in advance...
