Solution at the memory leak + stuttering

Hi everyone!

So I really started to play this game today but stuttering + memory leak was awful and started to boring me so I decided to investigate and resolve the problem so here is what I did to make it perfect 144 fps rtx on :

- Downgrade the game to the previous patch. (19 April 2023 – 14:12:11 UTC)

If you don't want to read :

1. windows + r -> steam://open/console
app id : 1649240
depot id : 1649241
manifest id : 9040347422599518007

2. on the console : download_depot 1649240 1649241 9040347422599518007

3. Wait 2 hours, than downloading everything...

4. Replace
4.1 - Right-click the game on Steam.
- Mouse over Manage.
- Click Browse Local Files.
4.2 - Open what you downloaded
- go to C/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/content/1649240/1649241
4.3 Now take everything from 4.2 paste inside 4.1
4.4 Be patient.
4.5 Done.

- You should have Nvidia driver 537.58

I really wish they would just fix that problem already, doing this will turn off multiplayer I'm assuming?

I don't know, i'm playing solo. Maybe if your friend did a downgrade too maybe you can play together on the downgraded version.
That deserve to be tested nonetheless.

Thank you, this is great. At least a viable workaround if the devs won't do anything about the memory leak.

does this require Steam to be offline while playing or does the game not autoupdate?

I'm playing online but i'm solo. No problem. Don't know if someone can join me if their game is updated

Awesome, glad to hear! Was hesitant about picking this up because of the issues with the latest patch
