Return to Overgrown Ruins?

Hey all,

I managed to beat Acts 1 & 2 without dying and resetting the cycle, and I'm now locked out of the first 3 biomes from Act 1 having missed a good chunk of their content. As a result, I'm still missing a handful of xenoglyph scans and who knows how many scout logs. Is there a way to return to the earlier biomes after progressing past Act 1?

dont worry. Go into the ship. There is a door next to the computer console, directly in front of the hole in the side of the ship. the door opens when you beat the first cycle. enter the door and interact with the thing inside. now you can switch between both cycles at will.
