The stuttering can be easily fixed on PC while keeping max settings, until they patch the game you just need to enable in-game 60 fps cap and v-sync.
I personally don’t feel them if playing on locked 60fps and using a controller. I’m happy with the port and see it as a superior version of the game.
Ps5 stutter:

Fps drops, stutter, crashes.
Give the developer a little time to solve the issues on PC, as they did on PS5.
I have over 100 hours on the PS5 version.
PS5 also renders the game in 1080p, then uses temporal upscaling to 1440p, then it upscales the game again to 4K. It's only really noticable in alpha effects such as grass where it appears fuzzy with a softer look.
Also PC and PS5 use a different sRGB Curve, as with most games.
That's about it. And PS5 is locked to 60 FPS, while PC is unlocked.
