so locking the game to 60fps will fix any stuttering issues? That seems kinda odd but willing to give it a try if that fixes it. Don't see why they would let you play at higher framerates if it absolutely bombs your expirience.
It’s usually because of CPU but can also be due to RAM and nvme/ssd.
I have a ryzen 9 5900x but the game still stutters like crazy. Also got 32gb ram so part of me kind of doubts neither my cpu nor the ram is the problem.
This is so far from the truth it hurts.
Please don't spread misinformation. Stuttering can happen for a multitude of reasons. One of them (and most common) being frame time inconsistencies.
Another one is texture streaming issues - which again is fully handled by GPU.
This game barely touches the CPU, it's incredibly GPU bound. If you're not bottlenecked by your CPU, your benchmark will so 99-100% usage on GPU with barely a fraction being used on CPU, like 2-3% usage.
The issue here is UE4. It's an old engine. The one being used here is the main UE4 branch, and not the one forked over at Nvidia which contains a lot more optimisations which help with such stuttering and include additional tools.

Also according to Digital Foundry the game is very CPU demanding and even top end CPUs struggle to keep up at anything higher than 60fps.
