Game crashes at pre-compiled shaders

Can not start game. It crashes at pre-compliled shaders.

CPU: 5900x GPU: 7900 XTX, Mem: 64GB, NVME.

Turn steam to offline mode and run the game. Once your in quit and turn online back on and try. It worked for me that way.

I was able to fix this problem on my PC by turning on my second monitor. For some strange reason if I try to play on my TV (from the sofa) the game will quit at the pre-compiled shader screen. If I simply turn on my second monitor (at my desk) the game launches with no issue. Both my Monitor and TV use G-Sync so I am not sure if this is related to the issue.
