On store page u see All info and u see that 2 suits is granted when linking steam and playstation accounts and is steam exclusive offer + other pre order bonuses are just early unlocks as it's stated on steam store page.

Probably handy for OP to know they're not really pre-order suits.
You'll get them regardless, as long as you link your Steam/PS account after purchase.

This game has no pre order exclusive content.

The only things you even get for preordering are early access to things you can unlock through normal gameplay anyway later on.
