Buggy build mode and furniture using.

Hey there.

I played a lot Two Point Hospital, but I never encountered those bugs like in Two Point Campus.
When I build a dormitory, I can place everything and its fine. I finish it, but suddenly, two sinks in my bathroom have a red sign?! Why? Before starting to build the dormitory, my bathroom was fine. No window or door between these rooms or something like that.

I had to demolish and rebuild both rooms. Totally odd.
Okay, both rooms finished, students want to go to bed. 8 beds for 9 students, but all of them want to go only in two beds?! They making a queue to sleep in one of this two beds. All other 7 beds are normal reachable, nothing is blocking a path, but they dont use them.
It started silly, because they open the door to the dormitory, stand in there for 2-3 second, THEN they enter the room. While this, the person is blocking the door and all other behind him.
When they use any furniture (bed, wardrobe, etc.) they wait seconds until they really do it or they move in slow motion before using.

Similar thing to my library. I built 3 cabins of each type and 4 book shelfs. No one is using a cabin, but all are running to ONE book shelf and waiting for using this book shelf. All other 3 book shelfs are not in use. Why? There is also enough space!

I have absolutely no clue why this happen. As I mentioned, I played a lot of Two Point Hospital, but I NEVER met such kind of problems.
Here in Two Point Campus, I'm struggling with the build mode all the time. Why has the bin such a big radius? Also this green plushy for the dormitory. This items seems much bigger than it seems.
Totally strange...

Any ideas? Before you ask: Yes, I let enough space around the furnitures. This was my very first thought too.
