pre-order item wants to be installed / error

I was told that I have some "first buyers additional"something, and since then I have error messages trying building things. It says that some content is missing, and that it needs to be downloaded. when I click on install, it says it is installed, but with the next room, I have the same message again.
also it is a warning, that a dlc maybe could slow down a game. but I don´t have a dlc. except for that "first buyers thing" that popped up just yet.


I even unmarked the "thing" in the game and restartet, but still this messages comes up. I ingore it so I can build.

We're sorry you're having this issue. We advise turning off the DLC in your MY DLCs page for Campus, Verifying your game files through Steam, then re-enabling the DLC and verifying game files again. This should hopefully ensure that the correct content is installed and recognised,
