That player was playing on a m1 mac.
Perhaps it's an issue with the mac build?
No impact. I just exit the game and restart. I've never tried to then play a game once it appears to see what would happen.
I'm on a PC.
Thanks for the further information! The team think this should only appear if you have the PreOrder DLC pack licence, but the content isn't installed for some reason. We advise turning off the DLC in your MY DLCs page for Campus, Verifying your game files through Steam, then re-enabling the DLC and verifying game files again. This should hopefully ensure that the correct content is installed and recognised,
