In the meantime, can you try mdcdeve's workaround and schedule more events manually to see it it helps?

Do you still have the save with this bug present?
To do so follow this navigation path in file explorer: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Two Point Studios\Two Point Campus. Once located, "Zip" the folder up (right click and you should see the option) and then send it as an attachment to campus.support@twopointstudios.com.

Really sorry about that!
If you cancel you repeat booking and book the palooza's manually at the start of each year, this should sort the issue.
