Not recognizing Gastronomy 3 course, can't start County Cook Off

I've played so many academic years, and for sure have students in Gastronomy year 3, but the game isn't recognizing any year 3 students, so I can't schedule the county cook off or make any more progress. I've confirmed on the schedule and student information that there are students in year 3, but it still won't work.

Hi,

The requirement for the County Cook-Off is that your Gastronomy course has been upgraded to level 3, which refers to the level of the course itself rather than the students. You can upgrade your courses by opening the Course Management menu and spending Course Points. Course Points can be earned by building more rooms and buildings or hiring more staff to increase your Campus level.
