Transfer Xbox PC Game Pass save to Steam

Hi, I bought this game recently on Steam after playing it on Xbox PC Game Pass as it left Game Pass. I can't run it on Game Pass to use the Save File Transfer Tool to move my save to Steam. Is there another way to move my Game Pass save file to Steam without logging into the game on Game Pass? Thanks.

No, and you were warned in July that you needed to do the transfers before it was removed:

Unfortunately I didn't see this at the time as I had stopped playing it when this was announced, I found this while searching the internet for ways to transfer the save. I tried a converter software program but I couldn't get it to work. It's a shame there is no way to transfer saves.
