DLC's worth it?

Pretty much, but the game goes on deep sale so get them then. The worst one of the bunch is the hospital one. If you've played Two Point Hospital and played the ambulance DLC, the hospital DLC is at that level. It's like the devs give up for the final DLC and they let whoever has a visitor's pass at the game studio design the thing. It's not awful (unless your game is bugged), but it's not great. The other DLC are better.

Yeah, if you liked the game you'll like the DLCs. Wait for a big sale and buy 'em all together, super cheap.

They are more campuses. You've either completed all of the campuses that the game came with and you want more, or you haven't completed all the campuses the game came with and you don't need more yet.
