Personally, I started with General Knowledge. That was a bad idea as it doesn't count for one of the objectives later in the stage. Wound up adding in Counterculture, Science and VR.
While I only needed to buy two of the land plots, I bought a 3rd one and made a giant training room for the staff to add on since I only had two training devices previously.
Mainly, I focused on the classes that only required one type of room for the course outside of the lecture halls. Took my time a bit. Got the 3 stars around year 14. hung out a bit for no real reason, left off at year 17 with 3m in the bank.
Teachers were trained on two topics. My janitor crew was trained in aerodynamics with most on the maintenance and a couple upgrade trained.
EDIT: yup, just funded an entire new building with two treasure chests. Sweet.
Might be worth checking as i -think- archaeology needs something in the computer lab for assignments.
