What's the trick to consistantly winning Best Teacher award?

I tried having dedicated tutors and that didn't work. I let my tutors teach as well but still nothing. Should I be maxing teaching and tutoring for all of my teachers? It's the only award I can't get most of the time.

Tutoring is only indirectly related; it's mainly Course skill + inspirational speaking + higher student grades overall

You only need at most 1 dedicated tutor per course with course skill + tutoring. Your regular teachers should be course skill + inspiration.

If you're not getting best teacher you're not teaching enough of your students to a high enough grade level for them to be happy with your teachers. Don't forget to improve the devices as well, better lecture platforms, etc.

The only award that took me a while to get was staff happiness, since it's never a priority until you're basically done with all 3 stars and basically ready to change campus, so I had everything else at max in career and had to go back and let some campus's run a few extra years while making the staff happier to finish it out.

Strange. I've only ever gotten the award from a hybrid teacher-tutor. All my equipment is level 3 and the grade average is A+ so that's not it.
If you're correct then It's probably that I'm not levelling Inspirational Speech enough. I'll boost everyone's level and report back.
