2nd Level Bug... Science teacher won't fulfill campus requirement - says he can't teach...

It's the cooking level, but, eventually, they want you to build a new lecture hall, science room, and hire a science teacher - I've hired about ten science teachers - never fulfills the campus requirement... tried reloading the game... doesn't work... tried reinstalling the game... doesn't work... second level...Like I was really enjoying the game but at this point... i refuse to play it honestly - sad....

I've done this about 30 times... It never works... I've tried restarting, nope. I've tried uninstalling, nope. This is on PC. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. It NEVER fulfills the campus requirements.

If you got an answer, I would love to know it; this just looks like an outright glitch to me. As far as I know, I'm not doing anything incorrect. I'm asking for a screenshot because it sounds like you don't know what you're doing since that campus doesn't even require a science teacher.

Teachers are not room specific, they are course specific. You also don't assign a teacher to a room either unless there's a course in progress that needs them.

So far this just sounds like user error.

It's hard to look through your profile and get any clues either, your games list is hidden, you have no steam screenshots as if you don't know how to use them and I read your reviews like this: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197989899703/recommended/1245620/

And I question if you are just easily confused (because Elden Ring has nothing to do with Lord of the Rings and your entire review is bashing it for being a bad Lord of the Rings game, when it has absolutely nothing to do with LotR...)

Teachers are not room specific, they are course specific. You also don't assign a teacher to a room either unless there's a course in progress that needs them.

So far this just sounds like user error.

The links work - I just used them - I don't even know how to use Stream Screen Capture - I will look it up and use it though - although, it's new to me completely.

Looking at your pictures, you can not have them work in the room because it is the cooking class in there right now. Just hire them and drop them in the hallway of the building somewhere, or on the grounds. They will go into the room themselves when there is a science class to teach.

As JU1173 suggests, you already have a class running in the Science Lab with a teacher present, so this is why you can't place the new teacher in there. If you place them down in the hall you should see that they will fulfil the requirements and the lectures will turn from red to green on your timeline.

I will try that. But - what the hell with this specific ♥♥♥♥? It's not in the tutorial.

If a teacher is already teaching in the room, he doesn't need a colleague. That doesn't need to be in a tutorial. The game will tell you if those students couldn't start their course because their teacher was missing.

And teachers only teach when the class is in, that's pretty basic too.

You needed a cooking teacher not a science teacher.
