I had a problem with my saves and had to send it to support. They fix it and I´m very greatfull... BUT, now everytime that I load my save it tells me the save as items of DLCs, and it points out to the two big DLC and to one that I see nowhere and it´s not available anywhere. Clearly, timed items. Feels the game is constantly trying to sell me on something I can´t even buy, and makes it all look unprofresional and scammy honestly.
I can empathize with that very well, I hate such fomo-crap just as much. the worst part is that it diminishes the value of the game with each piece of content that becomes unavailable to future consumers.
It's so dumb, it should give you these things if you sign up automatically instead of having to constantly go back and reactivate them.
Did these even have anything to do with Twitch? You just needed amazon prime and you go anytime during the month they were available.

There's been 9 prime bundles, you listed 2 of them, I missed 1 of them (apparantly), but I have the rest and they are all from:
https://gaming.amazon.com/cheesy-gubbins-zero-bundle/dp/amzn1.pg.item.9d1453f5-0604-4b20-a1de-e0903a6499b0?ingress=amzn&ref_=SM_TPC01_P9_CRWN
Current is the Cheesy Gubbins Zero bundle available until August 11
The extra items aren't particularly great though. The best one was the roach burger stall from the first bundle.
Cheesy Gubbin Zero is the best vending machine, they eat without needing the bathroom.
Or maybe just realize that it’s okay for companies to do this and you’re not entitled to get every single item that comes out.
You may think it's OK, but quite frankly a lot of people consider it rude. Games are for entertainment and you fit them into your schedule when you can. That doesn't mean you should be required to scour the internet regularly looking for limited time items, especially on something as casual as Two-Point Campus.
This isn't a competitive game with seasons or constant online-live services that change and require constant interaction. No, it's supposed to be a casual sim you can play at your own convenience. But then you end up missing out on cute new toys just because your life got busy and you didn't notice some gimmick popped up on a website you don't visit daily.
IMO the best way to do Twitch drops is have them be limited time exclusive, since the point is to encourage people to go watch Twitch streams and get something unique, but that the benefit just means they get it sooner. Then release it for everyone 6 to 12 months later.
And as for Prime Rewards; that's already a subscription service we have to pay for. Why do these expire at all? If you claim them you get them forever, but if you paid for it and then forgot to visit the site and claim it: it's gone ~ even though you already paid for it...
See a problem with that? Prime Rewards shouldn't require payment + constantly checking for updates that expire, to get rewards that don't.
You're basically saying you're OK with people paying for something and not actually getting it. Prime Rewards aren't free and they can still be missed if you don't spend the time visiting the site checking for new ones before they expire.
The Roach Burger stall from the first bundle is fun because the roach on top of it moves.
At what point did I claim I was entitled to anything?
I gave an oppinion on the matter, and then related a personal experience where my game will forever be asking me for items that I cannot obtain.
And as far as if it´s ok for companies to do this, the same as it´s ok for us fans to question said policies and make future purchases with that in mind. I know I pay less for Two Point Campus that I did for Two Point Hospital, and if I feel my ideas of who the people working on the company shifts even more I will pay even less for the next. Because that´s how capitalism work and companies don´t realize it.
If they won´t to threat costumers like numbers that´s ok by my, but then they need to be open to the consequences of those numbers having their own bias and oppinions. Because for a companie we can be many many numbers, one sale, one follower on social media, one spreader of the product, one fan... for us companies can only be two numbers like in code, 1 for company I support, 0 for company I don´t support.
And there´s plenty of examples of companies going down precisely for taking their fans as granted and thinking they will put out with everything.
