Mods have only just started to be added for Campus, they aren't done adding things to the game yet.
The one thing that may slow it down a lot though is they aren't using steam workshop and there's a ton of bugs with the service they are using for mod distribution now and the community isn't really jumping on it like they did for Hospital yet.
The ability to add additional music was added when they added mod support and the workshop was filled with music options, there's over a 1000 of them:
https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/browse/?appid=535930&requiredtags[]=MusicPack
My point was simple, the music add on was hand in hand with how they expanded modding the game.
Not as elegant a solution as the game supporting your own music, but it's a option for now!
Thanks for the bump.
We don't currently have plans to add this feature to Campus, but we'll be sure to update if we do!
Feel free to post any other suggestions, as we do keep an eye on them.
Thanks,
Chizel
Thank you for responding.
"I expected" = "I didn't do research first". Mute the in-game music, open a browser, go to youtube, find a playlist, press play and ajust the volume. Done.
The game not having a feature you want but didn't check about before purchasing, that's not the game's problem.
What kind of a lame attack is that? Who researches if the studio is using their signature radio in their game? The original Hospital game didn't list it as a feature but it was there. So, I suspect, most of us thought it was in their new game. Especially when the trailers"sound" like the exact same fun sound is back? It's not about a playlist, it's about the "theme" simulated radio station WITH the music of your choice.
Was that really necessary JVC? If you don't agree, fine, but maybe troll somewhere else?
