It is tied to the Two Point County profile you probably already created in order to unlock the golden toilet.

Log in to your profile on the website where you created it https://community.twopointcounty.com/ -> go to the Two Point Campus section -> find "code activation" -> enter code.

The Amazon items unlock next time you open the game, you get a popup confirming it.

Update: An editor from the wiki mentioned that people sometimes donate keys to the amazon bundles on Two Point Campus's reddit page.

Luella, you should try activating the code as well. Based on stuff I read later, the Amazon codes don't have to be unique (unlike the Steam codes that have to be unique). If what I read is correct, the issue is basically if the code has expired. The code for the first set, the Roachburger items, that one expered three weeks ago so those no longer work.

You could also try this one that was posted on the reddit some time ago, so if it works for you they obviously work for more than one person).
