how to get more courses?

I have a 3 star campus at level 22, going on year 6. How do I get more courses? I still only have 2 that I can level up. At end of year I have 30 course points to spend, but adding another course isn't even an option. I'm stuck!

The game told me I unlocked Piazza Lanatra, which I guess I need to offer Gastronomy, but I can't build a room or campus building of that type. So confused.

edit: I think I found it - I had to save and exit the campaign game. Go to main menu, and at the top there is an arrow next to Freshleigh Meadows, which let me shift over to Piazza Lantrana.

Still seems odd that I can't have more than 2 courses at the first university.

Click on Course Management, Book on bottom left of the UI. Then Course Management, looks like a certificate. Add new course, but it won't kick in until after summer break.

If you are following the story then I would start moving ahead after getting the three stars on each map. Once you have reached those three stars so wont the map "develop" much further in ways of more things to do. The first map is sort of just a easy to start with and is not meant to be played for a longer time.

if you stay forever in level 1 will you not get any new courses. ya gotta continue the story :o.

Just like Two Point Hospital, you unlock features in later levels that you can then apply to earlier levels. Don't try to 3 star each level in a row. You can unlock more courses by playing other campuses. I am on the fourth level and I have 7 courses I can choose. (Scientography, Gastronomy, Funny Business, Virtual Normality, Robotics, Chivalry, Internet History). I also have staff training, research, and a clinic.

To clarify, if you unlock a course or room in a later level, you can return to an earlier level and have those courses available on your original save file.
