Red Icon above Student Lounge?

Hello, playing the game in Gamepass. Saw that there's an icon over my student lounge that looks like a red button with silhouettes of people. What does that mean? Tried mousing over it but it didn't tell me anything.

I think that means it has more demand than room (people waiting)

You can check the capacity of rooms in the info tabs when you select them.

I appreciate the answer and I was assuming this but wasn't sure. My capacity was 9 but saw less than 9 people in the room. But the demand makes sense.

It means "Room at Capacity". it does not indicate if anyone is waiting.
