Increase tuition price slightly, and keep student flow at 8 per course. focus on student happiness (dorm room prestige + attractiveness), Student personal targets.

Train your assistants in comic relief (keeps students entertained). Teachers in their main course skill and then comic relief.

Upgrade the lecture halls. Keep a few vending machines and meat wizard machines around but focus on keeping your students outside, the fresh air buff helps keep your students happy. get some patio heaters in a central area with your benches and food stalls.

Use the attractive filter to help keep the areas green, and your thermometer filter to make sure everything has a good heating element.

Try not to build too fast, and upgrade your courses slowly.

Heres a list of buffs for your students that will help: Here [two-point-campus.fandom.com]

Hope that helps =]

Check out my thread a few posts down about the meta for rooms, people posted advice that helped a ton with Spiffinmoore tbh. I was also facing problems on there.

My biggest issues were definitely trying to build too many unnecessary rooms (especially dorms), and not taking advantage of the fact that you can expand the college buildings manually (I was relying on the pre-built buildings which are rather small).

I restarted and kept the default everything for the first year and slowly started building up, when I had a good revenue stream going by year 2 or 3 is when I started consolidating the dorms and focusing on higher prestige rooms.

Train your staff with the happy skill and then reduce their wages by the max (25% teachers, 20% i think for assistants and janitors). Give it a few months and you will be all good.

One of the best ways to avoid bankruptcy is kinda like a cheat mode: General Education. Once I learned how to use that money has never been a problem again.

General Knowledge and Archaeology are great for money, but the Spiffinmore Target is for monthly profit, which doesn't help. i had trouble with it for a while, Best way to achieve this is more students and keeping them super happy, makes the profit really high =]

Biggest tip is not too expand too quickly. Once I really took my time and only added what was absolutely necessary, by year 3, there were enough students to expand more.

I may try the tips above and give it a go again too. Stuck on 2 stars. Always battling their unhappiness and other ailments. The thing is Ive got bathrooms/showers in pretty much every building, same with vending machines, seating, entertainment etc but they walkin passed the bathroom to go join a club lol

ok.... Slow slow slow forward progress is the key. The first three yrs are just keeping them learning and planning the most needed needs for course specificness. The three main always needing needs are Bed, Food, Toilet. They get smelly yr 2. I have even not built lounge and union and obtained A grades with just video games and movies for entertainment and vending for food. It is about flooding the zone and making things relatively close by because these little simulated students like to just walk around like they are lost if they must go to far. Gather teaching rooms with food and bathroom available while waiting for class to start. This is also a great time for friend making. I also use the loans as they come available paying off the lower loan as I take the next higher. My best quick tip for forgetting all the noise and One stat being the Golden Rule for Financial success is......... Keep your Staff Wages LESS than your Student Tuition. Hope these thoughts help someone. lol
