HELP with Elvis (end game spoiler) BUG?

I believe there is a bug in my Last Boss Fight. The damage preview shows how much potential damage will happen to Elvis with 100% chance to hit. I then attack and the result is Elvis takes no damage. Weird! This problem continues through the entire boss fight. Elvis is untouchable. I'm stuck. Anyone else have this issue?

He has bullet reflection I think?
He was not a problem for me so I could not remember clearly.
I knocked him down by the barrel, chuck some grenades, knock him down again and he's pretty much dead.

You don't have to kill him just take out all the robot spawns. If you've got any sapling grenades they can lock him down fairly well. (if you can keep the Robits from removing them)

I had the same issue, tried to focus fire Elvis and but was doing ZERO damage. Reloaded and ignored him. This game annoys me more and more.

It is easy, just kill all the robots and then use Elvis's miasma

He is not supposed to die so you can not damage him, it is no bug, this is intentionally for the second part of the fight. Just stunlock or ignore him.
