Area south of Breakfast Club

So I'm trying to find and complete all the side quests I can before entering the factory, and I can't figure out how you're supposed to access the area directly south of Breakfast Club. I climbed up some vines at the end of the area but the ? for the location was locked behind some doors. Any help or advice is highly appreciated!

By any chance do you happen to know if there is any miasma to be acquired after entering the factory? I'm trying to make sure I don't miss anything before going in and my achievement progress says I'm at 88%.
