1 in Proving Grounds, 1 is Oasis & 2 in D.R.C I believe looking for last one.

You can find it in the Palace of Diesel. You go there after following the main quest.

I found one indeed in new Karnak. it is on the left side when approaching the diesel encounter.
I only found one in the DRC. @kirgeo did you mean the second one in the DRC is the one in the boss encoutner??

EDIT: Indeed 2 are in the DRC, one is at the entrance of the consumable vendor and i think the other one is close to the bar 14.

Hardest part for me was the proving ground, i just realize after i go that place 2nd time that there's some kind of ladder just after the entrance.

1. Proving ground - just below the MOTEL sign
2. Oasis
3. D.R.C - as explained above there's total 2 in there, 1 is in entrance of consumable shop and the other one is in Bar14
4. In palace of Diesel - in the counter

all of em have same sign which is "open" sign

Right after the entrance at the coat check, it didn't really give me any visual markings for it
