Mine storage card

Someone know where i can find this?(lock storage first town)

I think there's two cards in the first town. One you can get right away, the other is locked behind the main story.

You can find both in the beginning. One is behind some crates near the mine entrance. The other is inside the first area of the mine in an office.

Where to use this mine storage card? for some reason i only found the card & not the place to use it.

Got the card from slightly going left instead of going straight to the mine.

I already opened that one. There's another one near sky whale entrance at sedentary too.
