They are :
FOUR TWO FIVE so you input it in order : 245
There's one teal letter and one blue letter in the first line, -> OW 2
One teal and one blue in the second line, -> OR 2
And one teal and two blue in the third line. -> TUF 3
That means there's a total of 3 teal and 4 blue letters. So how in the world do you get 245 ?
You're close, what you do is combine the colored lights and they each form a word.
You can translate that to "Button two position to the right, button 1 position left, button 1 position up"
Fulll explanation in spoiler
So you can only start from the left column of the keypad (since you cannot go 2 right if anywhere else) and you cannot be on the first line. There's 2 start position remaining : 4 and 1
The code is either 6 5 8 or 3 2 5
DUDE IT'S SO DUCKING DUMB!
It says he's obsessed reading medical books. What is his specialty? Urologist. If you look at the keypad, you have the letters P and N. Guess what you can spell? P3N15!!!!
Blue letters: O R U F = FOUR
Red letters: I V E F = FIVE
And before you ask, yes its ridiculous, and you can barely notice the red letters against the turned off letters.
Even the one were you use perspective is easier.
Bit late to this one but..
If you look closely, the guy wrote "4" in blood where you find the note about starting position.
