Do store items restock?

Bought everything from Vyse and now i can access his store anymore. Do items restock after some time? Will i get access to the shop again?

Just another user observation: no restock for the two merchants, but I keep an eye on it...

I've bought all the bottles off the merchant as everyone says, stealth, throw bottle, snipe. Unfortunately those bottles haven't restocked at the market for 4 battles, would be nice to have before going to White Castle.

I stealthed my way to get a couple weapon chests ahead of time and now im being punished by not being able to buy more and thus battles are much more dificult lol

ok i think an important trick is also to not silent kill all the weak enemies, some time when there is enemy that you can kill with your shotgun it is better to safe them in away that you can use shot gun to do multpie hit and recycle action back in combat.
