I suspect you might miss one in the gauntlet arena and I missed one in mayors office in my first playthrough. I have no clue which tutorial I miss
But on PS5 it is definitely broken with the achievement for meeting every enemy

People thing makes me wonder as well as I was checking every piece of every map and talking to anyone I met. Did all side quests and so on...
Maybe we should start making lists somewhere.

Tutorials: I miss cover you miss shared items from my list
Archive: You miss the gauntlet "see you in hell" and Loading dock "green Goo" from my list
Checked first playthrough also, from this you miss tutorials "healing"
[EDIT[ OMG my oldest save is just after Gauntlet. I did it in one go so I missed that note and we can't enter Gauntlet after it is done. Why? Icon for location is there. 505 please allow us to enter...
I think, probably, you have to take damage to trigger the turorial at the start... it's just a guess.
I'm not close to that part so I don't know what it is.
I had finished Bha Mahdi trial quest but had to stop playing, I almost lost 1 hour of recorded gameplay last night because OBS Studio stopped working properly and the hotkeys didn't work anymore. Luckily I then figured out how to convert and save it on PC.
Hello, you miss the following entries:
People:
Pete "Tools" Mccaffrey - Sedentary in a building near the mineshaft entrance.
By my count you got 50 entries.
Tutorials:
Sharded Items
Healing
Triggerty for me in fights after getting the backpack.
Archive:
Loading Dock: Green Goo
I missed the gauntlett archiv.
It's "Edizen's Experiments", found in Old Town Road, in the building near the Old Ironsides optional boss (and the Miasma Vortex that teaches you Transmuter). This codex entry doesn't seem to appear in the Archive after you pick it up. Is this a bug?
I will continue to play through the game, but definitely wanted to point that out.
Returned to him, from a save before entering the first factory, and could not longer talk to him.
He had a 3 point conversation at one point after returning from a quest (first trip to gator zone?) back to sedentary. He even gave me an item.
Later he gave me only automatic responses, but i could still talk to him before crossing the first miasma wall.
When you enter sedentary from mineshaft a, go straight forward until just before the first gate. He is in the building to the left. The man with the hat standing at the 4 connected tables.
It looks like he appears when you return from Gator Zone for the first time, and it also seems by the end of the game (before the Point-of-no-Return), you can no longer talk to him. He's there, at a table, but there's no speech bubble near him. So, it looks like he is a missable entry in the codex for People.
