EDIT: There *might* be a way, though. You could try to run it via DXVK. Since it natively doesn't support DX12 games (or maybe it does now?), you could try this mod with it: https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/dx12-to-vulkan-mod-for-older-gpus-on-windows.315239/
But your GPU must be really fast to be able to run it properly, and even more to run it through the Vulkan wrapper. No guarantee at all, that this by all means will be playable. Since this is UE5 on DX12, which includes several rendering techniques, that require the DX12 featureset, especially on hardware basis. If you can get it to run, it might be buggy, laggy as hell and contain graphic glitches. But I suppose it won't really work...However, trying it doesn't hurt.

I get this error message too. Is it demo/geek speak for "your PC is too old, go away"?
