I saw on astast that already five of you have this one on 100%...best of you needed only 30min...my first run needed two hours...and now I have to do this in 3min...so my question: How? And how are you so fast?

It was possible to play through the last level in speedrun mode to get achievements. It's fixed now and you have to complete the whole game

Well there are some speedrunners for this game, if you look through the in game menu there is a link to the speedrun.com leaderboard, there are some really impressive runs there

Damn, two hours? Took me 25 minutes and a lot of that was just me staring at the screen.

around 17 minutes for first try and i thought i was pretty slow because i got irrateated at the last level

Took me about 15 minutes on my first run, managed to shave it down to 5:15. Don't think I'll ever manage the 4 minute mark, I just don't have the patience.

Watch some of top runner's runs to see how they do it, then apply the tricks worth doing. The rest is honestly just a grind, you'll get better pretty fast. From my experience one can improve very fast in this game, after the initial play-through times almost half themselves and quickly the 10 minute milestone can be reached. As I already stated the rest is a grind, 4 minutes didn't take me that long, but those remaining 30 seconds to the sweet 100% took me some 10 hours. The question should be if you'd like to invest increasingly more time just to get the achievements.
For me personally, I enjoyed the speedrun enough to follow thru with it! Of course very infuriating at times, but it's been worth it!
