The most important parts are length 4 and 5, so don't worry if you loose some seconds in 1-3 because if you do 4 and 5 perfect you will got it with no problems.
4 is easy, but you need to know how to do the trick in the ice section. And in 5, the worst part is in the last section where you have to put the sword in that tiny hole to arrive to the left part. If you do fast that part the rest is more easy.
Antoher part that I struggled the most was in 2 at the second section where you have to go under that tiny tunnel and being careful not to stuck the sword.
I'm glad that they changed the time to 3:30. Under 3 minutes are almost impossible.
In the narrow section with sword 2 I figured if I place the sword behind me, then just as I walk off the little step I swing the sword in front it should land inside the narrow tunnel.
I didn't bother with that Bennet Foddy wacky movement with sword 4 in the ice section, I just went over it like normal.
I also feel like sword 2 is really inconsistent when it comes to stabbing the dragon, it doesn't help that the sword is practically the same color as the dragon.
