Mining Guild rank 3

I have mined enough to reach rank 3, however instead of automatically gaining the rank, I have the 'ready to rank up, speak to the guild registrar...' as I would for one of the combat guilds (this did not happen for rank 2). problem is when I speak the the guild admin, I get all the flavour text and offered the rank 3 mission, but nothing appears under my contracts and I still have the 'ready to rank up' and I'm stuck at rank 2 on the guild tab

Went back and did some more mining and it appears to have fixed itself. Not sure if I was in a window of 'just enough' xp to trigger the message but was able to push through, or gaining more xp after a reload forced a recalculation? Either way, if someone finds themselves in the same situation, save/reload and hit another rock.

Same thing happened to me. It is confusing. It said to go get a new mission because I leveled. Then the person at the station would not give me the quest. I gave up and started a new run.

i was stuck at rank 1 for the longest time. thanks for the fix :D
