Waiting for... (Chasing a Ghost and Big Meeting)

Those two quests are in the state of "Waiting for...".

The Big Meeting one, I already had the secret meeting on the old HQ and choose not to agree with the alien proposal.

Chasing a Ghost in Wiki says the mission ends here for now.

Also, I skipped Metahuman.

Is there any thing else to do besides conquering the whole universe?

Also, I'm not sure if it is worth to progress any further and then get a patch that broke the game and requires a restart.
