Difference between pod catchers?

Hey!

Is there a difference between the different tiers of pod catchers? I Cant' seem to see any...

No difference to my knowledge, I use both T1 and T2. Other pacs ARE different, you want to get the T4 ones (shield repair, hull repair, weapon booster, energy).

I can say up through Pilot 41 and Enemies up to 66, even the T1 Pod Catcher works.

Not any more. I'm level 36 pilot and T2 pods won't launch on the same guys that are dropping T2s now. Ran out of T4s.

still works for me with T1 pod catchers on lvl 89.
they won't launch if your ship's captive slots are already full though.
or if keybinds get reset (happens randomly with external gear connected).

OT: difference between their tiers used to be their speed of returning the pods.

Good Info but whats the shortcut to work the Shield Booster, Energy Kit, Damage Booster Kits and repair. I can't seem to find away to get them to work. Any help please.
