getting first system

got 3 generals lv 22 and start raid on system 1, after raid startet i cant move my generals to hot spots and can se them slovly getting kill, what lv do I need to get my first system ?? or is it all bug out

pick a low level system first, or one that is already empty. House Seragon is the weakest and the story quests will put you at war with her anyway. I managed to capture her hub system, Joker, and use that as my HQ. If you want something even easier though, try Diode. It is the hub system for a whole unowned cluster right next to Joker. When you warp in, it says some family controls it, but they have no faction, and own no structures at all. The system owner in that sector is "unknown" and actually blank when you come in from the Stargate. All the systems in that cluster are empty so easy to set up your own station and branch out. With a roster of level 22 pilots it shouldn't be an issue
