Created Houses
Quick question regarding created houses...Do created houses build structures on empty planets, or do we have to go through the really slow process of building structures before adding those systems to the created houses?
If created houses do not have the capacity to build on their own will this feature be added later or at least make it so that structure build times are lowered?

Yes, in current state, you get no advantage, instead you lose your production. You can implement taxes, so giving structures to a house makes them richer and you get more credits through taxes.
However, It's possible that in future versions it will be smart to give them structures, soldiers, money so they can support you in return with ships/soldiers when you go to war wth a strong faction.

No, the created houses do not build anything. When you create a house and give them control of certain systems, which already have structures (outposts, factories, research staions) , you don't control those structures anymore and loose their production.

Not sure if 'to build on their own' will be implemented later.

Ok so what im getting from that is if im planning on handing over certain systems to a created House theres no point or theres no benefit in building structures first?.

Understandable, i see currently they have their own resources over 500k on each so yeah it looks like once they own systems they do their own thing in the background. Ive basically given them the whole sector of serragon space keeping N1 for myself, but i literally built resource structures and a few stations on all the free planets in Serragon space, so yeah lol ive wasted alot of time. no worries now i know ty.

that system is my next target was thinking of keeping it for myself, the next two will be created Houses. Go on tell me what about N25?

N25 and it's subsystems are not owned by anyone, you can conquer/capture them without starting a war.
You do have to defeat the system ships but once you did that, you don't have to be afraid of another faction retailiating.
And those systems bring in lots of credits, you don't have to build structures, you can buy any amount of materials you need.
(Before you know it, you will have maxed out your credits )

Do you have to give a house at least one building? Or can you give them open systems and no buildings?

Because when I try to create a house with blank systems, I am getting not enough resources when I try to finalize the house. I have at least 1500 the three resources 2 billion plus in TY and over 100K in power.

I have the same Problem. I cannot create Sub-Houses because I'm lacking ressources. But if i look at the numbers i have enough ressources.

Hello there, I believe I've managed to find out what the problem is and what the fix is. What's causing the problem is that the game can't handle the large amount of money you have in your Faction Treasury. So once You reach a certain point in your treasury The game will bug out And simply read that you have an insufficient amount of money. The fix that works for me was to simply get rid of a significant portion of your money in the Treasury. If you have another Sub house then you can simply donate some of the money in your Treasury to them. Otherwise, you could simply go to the trade menu in the faction screen and buy resources like raw materials etc. I believe once you get your Treasury amount to under one billion (its at least what worked for me) the problem should fix itself And you'll be able to create a sub house. I hope this helped.
