Command Outposts doors 4 key fragments needed (stellar key)

I have come across the command outpost with doors that state I need 4 key fragments, + the quest from the Mysterious man requesting me to enter the legend dungeon which i understand to be the same thing.

it states in the quest journal that i need to go into normal dungeons to find these keys, I have done dozens of these dungeons ( regular outposts , pits , etc ). I have yet to find any type of keys .. expect the yellow and red keys needed to open the normal doors in the basic outposts to clear some of the floors.

I have done extensive searching on the net for any info, and found 0 info on this topic. I fig id start a discussion here about this.

Main question is: Is this something that has not been implemented yet?, Or am i missing something.. if so any info on this would be appreciated.

They exist, very low percentage random drops for me. Only seen 2 so far.

I think we maybe the only 2 this far into the game, and are pioneers on our own to discover it. Cause atm theres more info in your reply than the entire internet lol ^^,

They appear as large crystals in the normal dungeon, on or around floor 5.

I have found 4, however two of them disappeared from my inventory before I could get them in the bank. As rare as they are, that really sucked. I have yet to get more then two into the bank to store before going to the Command Outpost

Yea i was able to find 1 myself roughing it in some outposts last night.

Would be nice to have a buyback option as I accidentally sold the 1st Stellar Key I received. Oops.

I found a stellar key fragment from the last boss in a salvage yard. Not sure if its guaranteed or rng.

Yes, there were some issues with dungeon keys—such as bosses not dropping keys and keys disappearing from the inventory. Thanks to your reports, we've fixed these problems!

Oh good that means I'm not going crazy. Keys kept disappearing from my inventory to.
