Need help with mission directions save the anka

alright im following storyline. i went to the raid in K1 zonaxaer.
finished that.
then it says goto 189 mythical.
then it says head to planet arth.
did that. now i hit b warp to planet. I saved here so i have a save in orbat of the planet.
i tried going to escape route. there is a highlighted green circle for the planet complex. then izner city is right below you. thought that might make the difference but no.
everytime i go close the diague starts tells me east gate defend it. i see no fighters in the sky at all.
i see the izner city waypoint. then hit b but nothing else. and when i try to get close i get an out of mission bounds.
it tells me in mission brief from lady speaking to go to east gate. i go into mission brief it says to land on some specific place. but i dont see any landing pad. the city doesnt even really load at all.
i hit b i dont see a single other thing on the map and when i try to go close to the city i see nothing. none of the buildings load i just have a waypoint. to the city that puts me out of mission bounds.
i am very confused and so request help.
