Mining Beam

Is there any future update that is going to toggle the mining beam On/Off? Holding Left/right mouse buttons to mine for 20 minutes is untenable. Scotch tape is also not a good fix.

There is an auto mouse key built into windows.
Press shift+alt+numlock to activate
on the number pad the keys / and * are the left and right mouse buttons press each once to activate. ( sometimes it is necessary to press both mouse keys also for it to start - not sure why)
then aim and press numpad 0 to activate. handsfree mining. numpad 0 again to stop.
when done, press shift+alt+numlock to disable the function

What about people that doesnt have numpad? I have a 60% keyboard. They need to implement just a hotkey for this function

heres a trick i found. If i hold down RMB and then LMB and then turn off my wireless mouse, it stays active until i turn the mouse back on.

check your mouse software, i have razor and just made a macro and bound it to an empty button.

I just temp set it up on num lock 0 or something once it starts mining turn off num lock. It will continue mining turn num lock back on to stop. The everlasting mining trick doesn't quite work like it use to. But I figured out a way to get it to work. Set half and half power/EFF. Then I set num lock 1 aim 0 fire Then turn off num lock and wait.
