This game is like a bad hallucination after you eat the worm in a bottle of Mescal.
I like a few things about the game but it feels like a raggedy Alpha to me. Like a concept game from a PC gaming developer school.
That makes no sense. I am frustrated with this game and I can't play it anymore. I have tried to play it but it's like trying to ride a jackass on locoweed at a clown rodeo. I'm done with it.
Maybe you just like the arcadey space games more, nothing wrong with that, but ES2 being what it is doesn't make this game worse for being what it is.
And has ES2 any ground combat, any 4x elements like this game, no. Furthermore, it would be surprising if the only main feature ES2 has - space fights - would be bad, but it's just the only one. SB2 instead has a pleiade of features, and...it's EA at its soonest state, there is ample time to fletch-out the game and be even more convincing. ES2, as nice as it is, shows a terribly limited gameplay without planet descents, without ground combat. There are hundreds of such space games, they will soon become meaningless, forgotten in the mass of oldish games. Isn't ES2 on GoG.com already? That's where you are looking for Good Old Games. Even The Precursors, a space game from 2005 is much better than ES2 considered the many features it has.
You cannot compare ES2 to SB2, that's your major flaw. It's half an apple (ES2) vs. apples and oranges (SB2). Needless to say that the winner is SB2 whatever lies you may tell.
Fixed all that for U dudester, sounds like had a bad time, maybe you need a nap.
Shield and hull are literally in the middle of the screen and to win fights maybe use your 4 wingmen ?
Anyway, keep pew pew in Everspace 2 too many mechanics in SB 2 for you it seems.
dude why do we have to know this
why are you complaining infront of us?
just go to everspace stop arguing infront of people and complaining
what are you expecting us to do? people are just gonna argue with you
so please
